A community based outreach project, put together by St. Gregory’s Church, Sudbury, to help teach local families and primary school aged children about the Christmas story.

I was commissioned to paint two sections of ‘stone wall‘ to help set the atmosphere for Mary’s home.

“The inside of the church will be transformed into the dwellings and locations of the key players in the Christmas Story. The children will visit Mary’s house - abandoned as she has just set out on the gruelling journey to Bethlehem.”

“About 160 Year 2 children,  from five of our local schools, visited  St Gregory's church to  see the wonders of the Christmas story through the lives of those mentioned in the bible.”
